Meditation, as taught by the great Kriya Yoga Masters, is a great way to stay inward and peaceful under any circumstance. It is a deeply healing tool, at your disposal in all moments, instantly raises one’s vibration, life force, praana. It has a myriad of health benefits for the Mind, the Body and Spirit.
The techniques shared in this session are based on the teachings of Paramhansa Yogananda.

For those interested in the sacred Kriya Yoga technique extolled in Yogananda’s Autobiography of a Yogi, this class may also be the first step in a series of sessions that culminate into Kriya Yoga.

Both types of seekers – those who want to receive Kriya Yoga and those who only wish to learn how to meditate – will benefit from this workshop.

These classes are also supported by free group meditation gatherings every week. At Ananda Kolkata: we have these meditations every Thursday evening (for beginners as well as seasoned practitioners).

Meditating with a group helps each soul go deeper, as the group magnetism makes the collective vibration more powerful and effective.
