At Ananda Kolkata, we teach the Energization Exercises as taught by Paramhansa Yogananda as part of our Level 1 series on the Path of Kriya Yoga. Learning in person is much more effective. So, if you haven’t come to a class, please come and learn in person at one of the Ananda centers in India(or abroad). It will be very beneficial if you make it a practice to perform these exercises once every day. For those that came to learn though, sometimes a reminder is helpful!
