This is the second part of our Learn to Meditate workshop.

The focus of this class would be to firstly review the techniques learned in the previous class and then moving on to energization exercises, visualization, chanting, and other methods for deepening our mediation practice.

If you are new to this, then also we would encourage you to attend this class. We will get in touch with you and arrange for the Level 1 class later on.
