A former C Suite Executive, Latha serves as the Director of the Ananda Yoga School of India. An accredited RYT 500 yoga teacher with the International Yoga Alliance and Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider (YACEP), she has been practicing and teaching yoga and meditation for nearly two decades. She has trained hundreds of students and teachers. She has pursued Yoga education from several Indian traditions and also completed an in-person program from Expanding Light, California in Yoga Adjustments and Anatomy. She loves to share practical tools for building a healthy lifestyle, work style, and meaningful inner life.

She teaches at Yoga Teacher Training Programs, Yoga and Meditation online workshops and retreats on topics such as Pranayama, Chakras, Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras, Ayurveda and Yoga as a Lifestyle etc
