Highlights of the sessions:

Key note Speech: Kriya Yoga: Spiritual Awakening for the new age
Kriya Yoga: Spiritual Awakening for the New Age can be the spark for the aspiring devotee to take up the lifelong practice of Kriya Yoga. Likewise, this book can help deepen the practice for the seasoned Kriya Yogi

Material Success through Yoga Principles
The Material Success through Yoga Principles course is in a sense, an autobiography of perseverance and loyalty to principle until success is achieved. Swami Kriyananda’s own life is proof that these principles work. And the successful lives of thousands he has influenced show that these principles can be of benefit to anyone who learns and uses them.

Experiential session on Meditation and Affirmations
An affirmation is a statement of truth which one aspires to absorb into his life. It has been said that we are what we eat. It would be truer to say, “We are what we think.” For our minds express, and also influence, the reality of what we are far more than our bodies do. Our thoughts even influence, to a great extent, our physical health.

Spiritual Strength in the Material World: How everyone can practice inner renunciation
“Living for God,” Yogananda said, “is martyrdom”: martyrdom of the ego; martyrdom of self-will and selfishness; martyrdom of all that worldliness clings to so desperately. But the true devotee comes in time to see that this isn’t martyrdom at all, since its end is blissful freedom in the only true Self: God. We are sons of the Infinite!

Developing Intuition for God-contact and Creativity
Intuition, you see, is the soul’s natural way of perception. We can gradually improve our intuition. First, we need to develop our ability to feel: not with emotion, but with a calm sense of knowing. Next, we need to act on our intuitive guidance, which will help it develop just as exercising a muscle helps it grow strong.

All Ananda sessions are based on the teachings of Paramahansa Yogananda.
