We are delighted to have with us\, this week\, Kester Tay : a brother disciple and mentor\, from Singapore.  \nAbout our mentor: Kester Tay is a certified Ananda Meditation Teacher and Sound Healing Practitioner\, based in Singapore. A lifelong search for meaning led him to Ananda Sangha in 2014. He became a Kriyaban in 2016 and has been actively involved in spreading the teachings of yoga and meditation since. In 2019\, Kester left his nine-year career in the Singapore foreign service to help others discover their own divinity through the power of meditation\, sound and vibration. \nThe session is FREE and open to all.
