Yogananda’s Energization Exercises

At Ananda Kolkata we teach the energization exercises as taught by Paramhansa Yogananda as part of our Level 1 series on the Path of Kriya Yoga. Learning in person is much more effective. So, you haven’t come to a class, please come and learn in person at one of the Ananda centers all over India or around the world. Anyways, it will be very beneficial if you make it a practice to perform these exercises once everyday.

For those that came to learn though… sometimes a reminder is helpful.
